Returns & Exchanges

At My Berkey, we want you to enjoy the purest water possible; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your system within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the System

  Drain all water from the stainless steel housing and filters, ensuring all parts are dry and securely packed in the original box to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
